AIM:
This service will provide employees with different options
to ensure they have the right job and strategies on how to keep it.
The service identifies specific problems employees might
have with job retention. Employees will learn positive communication methods to use at work and
techniques to deal with difficult people. Employees also learn to identify the employer's
needs and the expectations an employer has of an employee.
