AIM: This service will provide employees
with on-site coaching and support.
The staff at Symmetry Solutions will identify support needs employees may have with their new job. It will help employees
develop strategies to understand and complete work tasks.
This service will also teach employees how to communicate and problem solve
with co-workers and supervisors.
